Many guests appreciate the hotel's unbeatable location right at Glasgow Central station, which proves especially convenient for those arriving on rainy days. The spacious rooms often feature amenities like a fridge, and some even include a TV in the mirror, adding a unique touch. While some guests have found the complimentary bottle of tap water a bit disappointing, the hotel's proximity to the station and its comfortable, sizable rooms generally make for a pleasant stay.

Underwhelming Experience

central locationdated decorcold breakfast
The location was central and convenient for getting around.
The room decor felt dated and not as luxurious as I anticipated. My request for extra pillows went unfulfilled despite contacting the front desk twice. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and some items were cold.

bad soundproofingnonexistent room service
The street noise was pretty bad every night (even with earplugs!). room service also seemed nonexistent. It took a very long time, and i couldn't get dinner in the room. the room didn't have the shower i saw in the pictures. the soundproofing wasn't great either.

A Charmed Stay!

helpful staffintegrated tvlarge towelsgreat shower
The staff was helpful and very kind. My room had a large mirror with an integrated TV, a really cool feature. I found large towels and a great shower in the bathroom! The central train station location cannot be beat.
The air conditioning in my room was not working at its best.
